Shipping

For pre-paid orders, shipping is free. Free shipping on order value above INR 2000. Orders placed with cash on delivery payment method will have an additional charge of INR 70.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with the tracking details of your order. You can also track your order here.

Delivery

Our current delivery timeline is about 5-7 working days. Some products have delay intimation mentioned on the product page itself, the timeline will not be applicable to them.

Please note that any delays caused in delivery due to logistical issues are not in our control and we are not responsible for the same.

If you’d like to have your order delivered around a particular date, you can get in touch with us at orders@matterblue.com. Charges may be applicable.

Return Policy

You can return a product by submitting a return request from the return section under your account on our website or emailing us at support@matterblue.com within seven days of delivery.

As soon as we have received the return request, we will arrange for reverse pickup for you (shipping cost will be borne by customers). One of our team member will reach out to you to facilitate the process.

Once the product is received at the warehouse, it would be analysed by the team.

Criteria for order applicable for return:-

  • The product should be unused and in original condition.
  • The brand tags should be present in original condition.
  • Product should not be washed and should not contain any stains or odours.

After meeting all the requirements, the amount would be credited as a coupon credit in the account section, which can be used for further purchases for a period of 6 months.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange a product by submitting an exchange request from the exchange section under your account on our website or emailing us at support@matterblue.com within seven days of delivery.

As soon as we have received the exchange request, we will arrange for reverse pickup for you (shipping cost will be borne by customers). One of our team members will reach out to you to facilitate the process.

Once the product is received at the warehouse, it would be analysed by the team.

After meeting all the requirements, the other product would be shipped to you in the next two to three working days subject to availability.

Also, you can exchange different sizes of the same product or any other product available on the website by paying a difference in price.

Please note: Products on sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

International Orders

International shipping is flat INR 2500 anywhere in the world. Delivery timeline is approximately 3-4 weeks. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer. Unfortunately international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
